The Gourmet Institute – A New York Epicurean Adventure?

Personally, I am pretty pumped for this event….

This October, the Gourmet Institute is coming to New York. An event that brings chefs such as Anthony Bourdain, April Bloomfield, Charlie Palmer, Eric Ripert, Sara Moulton, and Jean-Georges Vongerichten together, The Gourmet Institute is offering seminars, chef demonstrations, food and wine tastings, cooking classes, book signings, interactive walking tours, a Marketplace for goods, and special menus at top restaurants!

Running from Friday October 23 through Sunday October 25, events such as Daniel Boulud’s “A World Tour of Sausage-Making,” Jean-Georges’ “Autumn in the Kitchen,” and David Bouley’s “Cuisine Integration” on Asian fusion technique are open to the public!
